Featuring: Mélisande Corriveau, Felix Deak, Pippa MacMillan, Susie Napper and Jonathon Adams Mélisande Corriveau, Felix Deak and Pippa MacMillan have joined Susie Napper to form Les Voix Humaines Consort of Viols to take a refreshing look at the exquisite repertoire for viols. Our unique, controversial ideas offer a new profile to consort playing in which rhythmic freedom and ornamentation play an integral role. Les Voix Humaines will be performing with Baritone Jonathon Adams in a programme called “The Rossignol Sauvage”, a voice of the Métis people. Born in amiskwaciwaskahikan (Edmonton, Alberta) Jonathon Adams is Cree- Métis Baritone.They have attended The Royal Academy of Music (London), the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and The Victoria Conservatory of Music where they studied with Nancy Argenta. Jonathon is a featured soloist in the film MESSIAH / COMPLEX produced by Against the Grain Theatre and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.  lesvoixhumaines.org
